About the Role
- Own end-to-end hiring for intern and executive-level roles.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Draft compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across platforms.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, and hiring reports.
- Drive campus hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring funnel.
- Assist in recruitment process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/MBA in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Passionate about recruitment, networking, and building relationships.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
