About the Role
The Back End Developer Intern will support the design, development, and maintenance of server-side components that power PackPick’s platform, ensuring reliable performance and secure data handling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing APIs.
- Integrating databases.
- Optimizing back-end logic.
- Collaborating with front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences for customers and shopkeepers.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Writing clean and testable code.
- Troubleshooting bugs.
- Helping improve system scalability.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Back-End Web Development.
- Skills in Software Development.
- Skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Skills in general Programming.
- Basic skills in Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with UI and product teams.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Understanding of version control (e.g., Git).
Qualifications
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly.
