Enterprise Deployment Associate

About the Role

The Enterprise Deployment Associate role supports the Director in building the structure that makes Deployment Strategists effective. This supporting role sits at the center of the team, helping to scale Planhat's Enterprise Deployment Strategy group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director in building planning frameworks, renewal standards, portfolio reporting, and account intelligence.
• Support Deployment Strategists on key accounts by preparing for renewals, updating account plans, and tracking commitments.
• Assist in running the operating rhythm of the Americas Enterprise team.
• Contribute to the frameworks used by the Enterprise Deployment Strategy group.
• Turn portfolio data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Take on projects that may be deprioritized by others.
• Gain fluency in the Planhat platform.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Structured thinker: Ability to break down ambiguous situations and provide recommendations.
• Comfortable with data: Familiarity with CRM data models, field mapping, and large spreadsheets. Ability to identify incorrect customer data.
• Disciplined: Ability to close commitments without being prompted.
• Credible in writing: Ability to write clear, direct paragraphs for VPs.
• Quick learner: Capacity to learn a deep product like Planhat.
• Self-directed: Takes initiative and thrives with autonomy and accountability.
• Ambitious: Desires a career in enterprise customer strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience matters less than drive, ambition, judgment, learning speed, and team fit.
• Most successful candidates are recent graduates with a record of competitive performance or have 1-2 years of experience in a startup, consultancy, or fast-growth SaaS environment.
• Must be Planhat certified and independently productive in the platform by day 90.

Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
