About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, helping to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Responsible for the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Manage the end-to-end order sequence of procurement and financial processes.
• Contribute to the Accounts Payable Processing team, focusing on designing, implementing, managing, and supporting accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Systematically handle and manage incoming invoices, including verifying accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.
