Growth Fellowship Intern

About the Role

The Growth Fellowship Intern will support Dreamstate’s growth initiatives by assisting with founder onboarding, content performance analysis, and pipeline-building activities. This is a remote internship role that offers exposure to AI-driven marketing, early-stage startup operations, and LinkedIn-based growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential users.
• Organize and track outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the team on experiments to improve acquisition and retention.
• Contribute to simple growth campaigns.
• Document processes.
• Provide clear updates on projects and results.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills: To interpret data, track growth metrics, and assess campaign performance.
• Effective Communication skills: Including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and prospective users.
• Growth Hacking capabilities: With an interest in experimentation, rapid iteration, and discovering scalable acquisition channels.
• Foundational Sales skills: To support outreach, lead qualification, and relationship-building with founders.
• Project Management abilities: To organize tasks, manage timelines, and follow through on growth initiatives.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment and using digital collaboration tools.
• Interest in AI, B2B SaaS, and social media (especially LinkedIn) as growth channels.
• Relevant coursework or experience in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
