Job Description Summary

This role involves logging into Greystar systems, locating specified data, and recording it in a vendor's format.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and record information for a provided list of properties on a periodic basis.
• This task is expected to occur weekly.
• Each set of properties will be referred to as a “wave,” with multiple waves expected each month.
• Each “wave” will have a specified “begin” and “end” date for data submission.
• You will be provided with:
• Specific instructions for the Greystar system containing the required information.
• Credentials for login to each required system.
• An Excel spreadsheet to record the data.
• An escalation point of contact (POC) and process will be defined for questions or issues.
