About the Role

DREAM EPICS EVENT MANAGEMENT is an events company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time, on-site role in Madurai South.

Key Responsibilities

• Support online promotion of events.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Assist with campaign planning.
• Monitor audience engagement.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives.
• Track basic web and social media performance metrics.
• Contribute ideas to improve online visibility.
• Draft posts.
• Update event pages.
• Coordinate with the event team for content needs.
• Prepare simple performance reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with common social media platforms.
• Basic design or content tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of event promotion and audience engagement is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and support live event schedules.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
