Junior Architect

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing architectural concepts.
• Prepare drawings and assist with interior layouts.
• Create and revise plans and 3D models.
• Coordinate with senior designers and consultants.
• Contribute to presentations and client documentation.
• Conduct site visits to understand existing conditions.
• Monitor design execution.
• Ensure alignment with quality, timeline, and cost parameters.
• Help maintain project records.
• Collaborate with vendors.
• Participate in design reviews to refine solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Relevant skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, workflows, or BIM/visualization platforms.
• Foundational Project Management skills, such as task coordination, time management, and documentation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
• Excellent visual communication abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to interpret and translate client requirements into design solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent architectural qualification is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
