About the Role
The E-Commerce Intern role at Futopia is an on-site internship based in Delhi, OH. This position supports daily online sales operations, including listing products, updating product information, tracking inventory status, and monitoring pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms. The intern will assist with basic data analysis, order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities also include helping improve product pages, supporting online campaigns, and compiling performance reports. The role offers hands-on experience in e-commerce workflows and exposure to technology retail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- List products on e-commerce platforms.
- Update product information.
- Track inventory status.
- Monitor pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with basic data analysis.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of commerce or business concepts, with interest in e-commerce and online retail.
- Strong analytical skills for working with sales data, metrics, and basic performance reports.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with teams and interacting with customers.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to handle queries and support a positive buyer experience.
- Interest or basic experience in sales-related activities, such as assisting with campaigns or promotions.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and common office tools.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and work accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in commerce, business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
