About the Role

As a DevRel Intern at Lexsi.ai, you will serve as the technical bridge between our platform and the developer community. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to empower research scientists, developers, ML engineers, and data scientists to succeed with lexsi.ai through high-quality demos, tutorials, direct community engagement, and feedback loops that improve developer experience. As a Community & Growth Intern, you will help grow and support the researcher and developer community around Lexsi's open-source tools. You will work closely with our DevRel & GTM lead across outbound activities, Discord community management, launches, and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing artifacts such as cookbooks, tutorials, and demos based on advanced tools and research from Lexsi Labs.
• Build and execute outreach and community-building activities.
• Write and test outreach sequences, tracking replies, engagement, and calls.
• Manage day-to-day moderation of the Lexsi Discord server.
• Respond to general and first-line technical questions about our tools.
• Route in-depth questions regarding fine-tuning, interpretability, alignment, and agents to the appropriate research or engineering team.
• Support AMAs, GitHub releases, product launches, and community initiatives.
• Track community and outreach metrics to identify effective strategies.
• Surface recurring questions, documentation gaps, and product feedback to the wider team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to write targeted cold outreach that is effective and not perceived as spam.
• Experience managing or moderating a Discord community.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows concurrently.
• Sufficient ML familiarity to engage in conversations about LLMs, fine-tuning, interpretability, agents, or alignment.
• Comfort working with researchers and engineers.
• Self-starter capable of taking ownership without constant direction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developer relations, growth, community management, or technical marketing.
• Familiarity with open-source developer communities and GitHub.
• Experience with Apollo, Reply.io, or similar outbound tools.
• Prior projects or coursework in fine-tuning, interpretability, evals, agents, or AI safety.
• Experience writing technical or developer-facing content.

• Prompt and accurate resolution or routing of community questions.
• Consistent generation of high-quality conversations through outbound efforts.
