About the Role
The Seagate Technology IT Team is looking for a dynamic and success-driven summer intern to work on IT communications and learning initiatives for Seagate employees. The primary project will be to create an IT Annual Report. This report highlights IT accomplishments and demonstrates through examples how IT provides business value, partnering and engaging with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Review presentations, online information, and status reports.
- Use Copilot to develop a draft of the IT Annual report, working with the Program Manager.
- Design the layout, incorporating pictures, metrics, and quotes from leaders.
- Interview IT Leaders and refine captured information.

- Tenacious work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Organized, with a reliable sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
- Good base of IT knowledge and excels in developing engaging communications.
- Areas of Interest: Communications, Information Technology, Public Relations, Marketing, Business.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a self-directed manner.
- Excellent written communication skills using graphics, pictures, and formatting to convey messages.
- Proficient in collaboration tools: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Copilot, and Windows.
Qualifications
- University students returning to school in fall 2026 with emphasis on: Communications, Information Technology, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related fields of study.
