About the Role
The Cyber Security Industry Principal will define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management to protect organizational assets and data.
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, standards, and control frameworks across the organization.
- Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to strengthen security posture and manage cyber risks.
- Provide strategic guidance and regular cyber risk reporting to senior leadership and governance committees.
- Drive security awareness initiatives and foster a culture of cybersecurity accountability across the organization.
- Lead and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams while promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
