billing and measurement

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Billing and Measurement professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate measurements for interior projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to verify quantities.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed.
• Handle billing processes and generate client invoices.
• Track payment status.
• Support basic accounting entries related to ongoing projects.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify billing details.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and documentation.
• Maintain organized reports.
• Assist in cost estimations.
• Support finance and operations teams in project-related billing activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools for data entry, reporting, and tracking billing and measurement information.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Billing Process and Client Billing, with the ability to manage end-to-end billing cycles for multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Invoicing and Accounting practices, including preparation of invoices, reconciliation of records, and basic financial documentation.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and internal departments clearly and professionally.
• Experience or knowledge in measurement and quantity estimation for interior or construction projects, including site verification and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
• Diploma or degree in commerce, accounting, civil/quantity surveying, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in interiors, construction, or project-based billing is an advantage.
