About the Role
Apprentice - Quality Control at USV PRIVATE LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling and chemical analysis of purified, process, pretreated & raw water.
- Environmental monitoring in production, warehouse, and microbiology section.
- Execute validation/revalidation activities for microbiology instruments.
- Carry out all activities related to Labware LIMS as per job assignment.
- Calibrations of pH meter, weighing balance, etc.
- Preparation of documentation, reports, and trends.
- Make entries in logbooks.
- Ensure smooth operation and cleaning of instruments such as HPHV Steam sterilizer, Vertical autoclave, Incubators, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, etc.
- Ensure cleaning, sanitization & fumigation in the microbiology section.
- Responsible for Internal & External Audit compliance.
- Serve as Area Representative for a dedicated area for inspections related to audits.
- Ensure Safety, Personnel hygiene, Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and GMP (Laboratories control) in the microbiology section.
- Preparation/standardization of volumetric/test/indicator solution.
- Perform other activities/work assigned by Section Head/Head QC.
