Field Service Apprentice

About the Role

DN Solutions America is seeking individuals for a 2-year Service Apprenticeship Program focused on CNC Field Service. This fast-paced program is designed to develop curious and passionate individuals. The program involves a rotating schedule of 2 weeks in the field and 2 weeks at the Chicago facility. Apprentices will learn to develop technical leadership and solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Combine hands-on experience with classroom learning to build real-world maintenance and technical skills.
• Work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical knowledge in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and documentation.
• Apply learned concepts directly to meaningful projects that support operations.
• Develop valuable skills in problem-solving, teamwork, safety, and modern industrial technologies.
• Explore a career path with opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mechanical, electrical, technical degree, certification, vocational school courses, or equal job experience
• Must hold a current passport
• Ability to travel internationally for training
• Ability to travel 75% of the year
