This opportunity may suit recent graduates, professionals affected by layoffs, career changers, and experienced candidates who are struggling to secure interviews or whose skills need updating. Depending on the candidate’s background and target role, JOPP may include technical learning, enterprise-style projects, certification preparation, resume development, and mock interviews. Candidates are expected to take an active role in developing their skills and communicating their experience accurately. After preparation, SynergisticIT may market qualified candidates to clients and share candidate information for relevant opportunities. Clients make their own hiring decisions and may contact candidates directly. Availability of roles, selection criteria, and recruitment steps are determined by clients.

• Follow any applicable instructions regarding candidate information, client submissions, and program participation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

For software development opportunities, familiarity with programming fundamentals and interest in building skills in areas such as:
