Candidate Onboarding Intern

About the Role

• This is not a typical Telecalling role.
• At Helper4U, we are building a tech-driven hiring platform for domestic workers, where AI chat and voice agents handle most of the onboarding process.
• Your role will be to ensure quality, completeness, and trust in the system by engaging with candidates where human judgment is required.
• You will work at the intersection of operations, communication, and AI-driven workflows—making this a great learning opportunity for anyone interested in modern, tech-enabled businesses.
• Duration: 6 Months
• Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
• Job offer on conversion: Up to ₹2.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard job seekers:
• Call and talk to domestic worker job-seekers to create their profile, and onboard them on Helper4U.
• Review candidate profiles created by AI systems, and call candidates to collect missing or unclear information.
• Ensure quality & accuracy of data:
• Verify details shared by job seekers.
• Maintain high-quality, structured candidate records.
• Improve candidate experience:
• Guide job seekers through the hiring process.
• Resolve queries with empathy and clarity.
• Drive follow-ups & closures:
• Track incomplete profiles and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with candidates to collect documents.
• Contribute to process improvement:
• Identify gaps in AI conversations.
• Suggest improvements in scripts and workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good spoken and written Hindi and/or English and/or Kannada.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic comfort with technology and structured workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly and patiently.
• Available for 6 months (full-time, work from home).
• Have a laptop, smartphone, stable internet, and quiet workspace to work 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any discipline) freshers.
