About the Role

• 3-month internship with a possibility of full-time hire.
• Work timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM GST.
• Monthly stipend provided.
• Location: Remote.
• Prior UAE market exposure is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and shortlist creators across Instagram and TikTok.
• Connect and communicate with influencers and talent teams.
• Coordinate briefs, deliverables, content approvals, and timelines.
• Research emerging creators, trends, and internet culture across UAE, Europe, and US markets.
• Support live influencer campaigns, activations, and creator-led projects.
• Maintain creator profiles, rates, and campaign trackers.

Qualifications

• Passion for the internet, creators, and influencer content.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• A sharp eye for trends, creators, and great content.
• Confident, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, Gamma, and Meta.
• Curiosity about creator marketing across different countries and cultures.
