Entry Level Recruiter

About the Role

This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production. gpac offers an excellent work-life balance in a fast-paced work environment with tremendous earning potential and no cap.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements

Qualifications

• A degree is preferred but not required
• No previous recruiting experience is required as proper training, tools, resources, and support are provided.
