About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area for 2 Interns and a Physics Senior Subject Matter Expert (Sr. SME) at Next Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and enhancement of K–12 physics content.
- Create lesson plans and learning modules.
- Align materials with relevant curricula and boards.
- Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to ensure high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
- Participate in regular review meetings.
- Coordinate with the in-house R&D and content teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in physics education resources.

Qualifications
- Strong academic expertise in Physics.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and design age-appropriate K–12 learning materials.
- Strong analytical and research skills to validate physics content, ensure conceptual accuracy, and incorporate contemporary teaching methodologies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- For the Physics Sr. SME role:
- Master’s degree or higher in Physics or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in school-level or edtech content development.
- For the 2 Interns:
- Freshers of any M.Sc or Engineering degree.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
