About the Role
- Oversee a data management training program that blends classroom instruction with practical internship experiences for young adults.
- Help foster a supportive environment aligned with the mission of empowering underrepresented youth through in-demand skills and real-world experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the training program’s academic and experiential components.
- Develop, update, and manage curriculum for data management education.
- Build and maintain partnerships with technology firms to support internship placements.
- Ensure program quality, participant support, and alignment with program goals.
- Work with internal teams to strengthen learning outcomes and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong program coordination and curriculum development skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with external technology partners.
- Experience supporting learners and creating inclusive, effective learning environments.
- Solid understanding of data management concepts and training delivery.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
