About the Role
The Export Executive position at United Foods India Private Limited is a full-time, hybrid role based in Talaja Taluka with some flexibility for work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export operations.
- Prepare and review export documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, customs agents, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Handle communication with international buyers.
- Track orders.
- Monitor inventory for export.
- Support pricing and contract negotiations in line with company policies.
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
- Assist in import–export documentation when needed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, shipment status, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in export documentation and related compliance processes.
- Skills in managing export operations and coordinating international shipments.
- Skills in sales within international markets, with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Skills in import–export procedures and understanding of international trade practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional international languages are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, customs regulations, and trade documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or export management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in food exports or FMCG is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
