About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst to join our Project Development Services (PDS) team. This role offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on industry exposure, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop practical skills in project development and execution within the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Develop Excel-based reports, trackers, MIS, and analytical summaries.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and business updates.
• Support senior team members with data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards and reporting formats.
• Assist in automating and improving recurring reports and data processes.
• Work with different teams to understand their reporting and analytical requirements.
• Present data and insights in a simple, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good practical exposure to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
