About the Role

• Kofi Kafi is a bootstrapped coffee chain in New Delhi focused on making high-quality coffee accessible and affordable.
• This is a full-time, on-site Store Crew position based at Kofi Kafi outlets in Delhi, India.
• You will contribute to creating welcoming spaces with consistent, well-crafted beverages and be part of a growing coffee movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Greet guests, take and process orders.
• Handle cash and digital payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and equipment.
• Restock supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth store operations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Provide friendly, efficient service.
• Assist with basic inventory checks.
• Assist with simple promotional activities.
• Communicate guest feedback to store leadership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to engage politely and professionally with guests.
• Basic cash handling skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) operation.
• Familiarity with digital payment methods.
• Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Reliability in maintaining full-time on-site availability in Delhi, India.
• Willingness to work weekends or shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, quick-service restaurant, or retail setting is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background is beneficial.
• Interest in coffee.
• Willingness to learn beverage preparation techniques and menu knowledge.
