Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Life-Cycle Management
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate end-to-end pre-boarding, documentation verification, offer letter generation, and new-hire orientation to deliver a smooth Day 1 experience.
- HRIS & Records Maintenance: Manage and update employee records, track attendance, and log leave requests accurately in the HRIS (e.g., Keka or similar platforms).
- Offboarding & Exit Operations: Coordinate resignation formalities, clearance checklists, handover tracking, and full & final (F&F) coordination.
- HR Queries & Policy Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee queries regarding company policies, leave entitlements, and workplace documentation.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain digital personnel files, issue formal letters (bonafide, employment verification, promotion letters), and assist in internal audit checks.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
- Sourcing & Pipeline Coordination: Assist in sourcing junior to mid-level candidates across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit) and campus referral pools.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Perform initial profile reviews against role requirements and conduct preliminary phone screenings for availability, CTC expectations, and communication fit.
- Interview Logistics: Schedule virtual and in-person interview panels, coordinate calendar invites, issue assessment links, and ensure prompt candidate feedback collection.
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain and update applicant tracking spreadsheets, candidate pipelines, and screening trackers to ensure real-time status reporting.
- Campus & Walk-in Drives: Provide logistical and on-ground coordination for campus placement drives, walk-in interview events, and assessment sessions.
