Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by supporting the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless interview processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records accurately and efficiently.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Participate in the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department to facilitate smooth operations.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to gain a deeper understanding of HR practices and principles.
Qualifications
