About the Role

• Lead engagement efforts to provide high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers.
• Assist clients in problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review proposals prepared by consultants and provide guidance.
• Analyze solutions defined for client business problems to identify potential risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches for clients.
• Coach and create a vision for the team.
• Provide subject matter training for focus areas.
• Motivate and inspire team members through effective feedback and recognition.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
