Senior Data Engineer
Location: Remote – India
Time Zone: Budapest / New York overlap
Key Responsibilities
- Production ETL/ELT pipeline development at scale
- Building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines
- Working with large-scale data processing
- Pipeline orchestration
- Data transformations
- Data quality checks
- Monitoring and troubleshooting
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong hands-on Python + SQL
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and dbt
- Experience with Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent data platforms
- Spark experience preferred
- Data quality, testing, monitoring, and production reliability
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar tools
