Junior E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

The Junior E-Commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting the management of online sales channels, monitoring product listings, pricing, and promotions, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date content across e-commerce platforms. The individual will help track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reports and insights for senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of online sales channels.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date content across e-commerce platforms.
• Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for senior team members.
• Coordinate with account managers, sales teams, and marketing colleagues to improve online conversion, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Assist with inventory checks.
• Assist with order follow-ups.
• Assist with resolving platform-related issues to maintain a smooth end-to-end e-commerce experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decisions.
• Account Management capabilities to maintain platform relationships and support key client or partner accounts.
• Sales and Sales Management skills to assist in meeting online revenue targets and optimizing conversion rates.
• Team Management exposure or experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or e-commerce dashboards is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Prior e-commerce or online retail experience is preferred.
