About the Role
Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, a recognized brand for window and door systems. The objective of Renewal by Andersen is to create a better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. This role involves being the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners to discuss their window and door needs and scheduling in-home consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door.
- Represent the brand to share information about window and door solutions.
- Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, involving substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour + Uncapped Bonuses
- Total Compensation: $50-60k annually
