Supply Chain Intern (4-6 Months)

About the Role
Support the supply chain team with day-to-day operations, focusing on accurate data entry and record keeping in SAP. This is a hands-on role to learn how a growing luxury brand manages inventory, orders, and dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update inventory, purchase, sales, and dispatch data in SAP accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update stock records, and reconcile them with physical inventory.
- Support order processing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams on daily requirements.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and trackers in MS Excel.
- Flag data mismatches and help resolve them.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred; willingness to learn is a must.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduation/post-graduation in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and a sense of ownership.
- Based in Indore and comfortable working on-site full time.
- Able to join within 10 days of receiving the offer letter.
- Duration: 4-6 months (paid internship).
- Location: Unit 14, Lunawat Group Campus, Near Airport, Indore, Madhya Pradesh - 452005.
- Work mode: Full-time, on-site.
