About the Role

You are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of all linens, towels, and other textiles used by the hotel. As a Laundry Associate, you are not just ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens – you are spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens.
• Keep laundry machines and work areas clean and in good working order.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of linens and laundry supplies.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.
