The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering care to people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, exploring interests and practicing new skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
- NCLEX (scheduled or passed)
- AlayaCare (for electronic charting)
