About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business areas in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Predict risk, optimize customer retention, detect anomalies, and enhance process efficiencies using internal and third-party data.
- Gain hands-on experience with insurance risk, claims and retention models, data visualization, model development using generalized linear models, and machine learning and AI techniques.

- Strong programming skills using Python, R, and SQL.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a Data Science related major.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for harnessing big data for business insights.
