Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for Interior Designers, Architectural Draughtspersons, Architects, and Site Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine design concepts.
- Prepare architectural and interior layouts.
- Produce detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate FF&E selections.
- Assist with material and finish specifications.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Oversee on-site work, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors and vendors (for Site Supervisors).
- Resolve technical and design-related issues (for Site Supervisors).
- Collaborate within the design team.
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Regular documentation and reporting of project status.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E, including material selection, finishes, and furnishings.
- Strong Space Planning skills.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
- Experience coordinating with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Familiarity with basic construction processes and site supervision practices.
- Ability to use design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial projects in a similar role is an advantage.
