About the Opportunity
WENconsult is expanding its Freelance Recruitment Network and is looking for experienced recruiters with strong candidate networks and proven hiring expertise in Hospitality, Management Consulting, Retail, or Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for assigned recruitment mandates.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with WENconsult teams to support timely hiring.
Who Can Apply?
- Recruiters with prior hiring experience in at least one of the specified industries.
- Professionals with strong sourcing skills and established candidate networks.
- Individuals comfortable managing recruitment assignments independently.
- Recruiters with good communication and candidate management skills.
