About the Role
- This is a 14-week marketing internship (12 November 2026 to 15 February 2027) focused on the launch of Flirk, a new personality-first dating & social app for 18+.
- You will work directly with the founder.
- The role is part-time and flexible, requiring approximately 10 hours per week and is primarily online (virtual). Exam weeks will be accommodated.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-launch:
- Drive pre-sign-ups using a personal tracked link.
- Conduct an anonymous survey on campus dating dynamics.
- Post-launch growth:
- Convert pre-sign-ups into app installs.
- Acquire new users.
- Ideate marketing and content strategies for user base growth.
- Campaigns:
- Conceive and execute a phased marketing campaign for Christmas and New Year (last 3 weeks of December).
- Ideate and work on Christmas Merchandise.
- Ideate and execute Flirk's Valentine's day campaign/event (7 to 14 February).
- Ongoing:
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the founder.
- Provide weekly "campus pulse" feedback.
- Create and post two pieces of content about Flirk per week.
- Provide app improvement suggestions and growth ideas.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Currently enrolled in a degree college in Mumbai (e.g., BMM, BMS, B.Des, B.A., B.E., BBA, B.Tech).
- Academic standing: Second or third year of a four-year degree, or second year of a three-year degree. Final-year students in a three-year degree may apply if they can commit until 15th February. First-year students cannot apply.
- Genuine interest in marketing and seeking practical marketing experience.
- Creative thinker and content creator with a public Instagram profile.
- Self-starter with fast learning capabilities.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Social with good campus connections.
- Single.
- Ability to commit 10 hours per week until 15th February.
- Reachable on WhatsApp.
- Residing in Mumbai.
- Must have a personal laptop.
