TA Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions across India and the US. The ideal candidate should have exposure to hiring within IT SaaS, AI, technology, or product-based organizations and be comfortable managing multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India and the US.
• Source and attract talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Work on requirements across technology, software development, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
• Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, feedback, and offer closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports, and achieve defined hiring targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience in both India and US hiring is essential.
• Experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in the 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM IST shift.

Qualifications

• 0–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Preferably from IT SaaS, AI, technology, or product-based organizations.
