About the Role

The Communications Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. You will be responsible for developing and executing visual communication across brand touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging, and in-store collateral. You will work closely with the founding team and other stakeholders to translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating graphic assets.
• Refining brand guidelines.
• Designing marketing and corporate materials.
• Preparing artwork for production.
• Collaborating on campaign concepts.
• Organizing visual content for social media and web.
• Ensuring consistent brand expression across all channels.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Communication Design and Visual Communication, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, structured visuals.
• Experience in Branding and Corporate Design, including developing and maintaining brand identities and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Graphics design, including layout, typography, and image treatment for digital and print formats.
• Solid command of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of production processes for print and packaging.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design, attention to detail, and a consistent visual language.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in fashion, accessories, and material-led design.
• Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi.
