Junior Social Media Manager

About the Role

The Junior Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, India. The individual will be responsible for assisting with social media planning, content coordination, and execution across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Develop creative content ideas, reels concepts, and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage shoots, including planning, preparation, and on-ground execution.
• Create content calendars and ensure timely scheduling and publishing of posts.
• Write engaging captions and stay updated with relevant social media trends.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve content.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Ability to handle and coordinate shoots confidently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Prior experience working with a digital marketing or social media agency is a plus.
• A background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
