About the Role

Smart Clicks is an MSME (Govt. of India) registered enterprise specializing in professional digital content services, including photoshoots, cinematography, and advertisements. They focus on high-quality visual storytelling and brand communication. The Talent Acquisition Intern role is an internship position with a hybrid work model based in Lucknow, allowing some work from home as agreed with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Help maintain an organized applicant tracking system.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for creative, technical, and operational roles.
• Help draft job descriptions.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports or status updates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with a basic understanding of hiring processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with using spreadsheets, online job portals, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lucknow.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest and experience).
