About the Role
Assist in beverage preparation and service while maintaining café cleanliness and providing friendly guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Stock the coffee station and prepare ingredients for service.
- Maintain a sanitized workstation, equipment, and service area.
- Engage customers professionally and process billing via POS.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and storage (FIFO) protocols.
- Assist senior staff with inventory and general café duties.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year in a café (Freshers welcome).
- Basic coffee knowledge.
- Eagerness to learn brewing techniques.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
