Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads from the CRM to understand their career up-skilling needs and pitching suitable courses.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets aligned with team and organizational objectives.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references from the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining all customer interactions within the CRM.
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Work from Office required.

Skills Preferred

• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Except Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts).

Working Conditions

• Number of working days: 6 days a week.
• Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (Including 1 hour break).
• Total productive hours: 8 hours.

Compensation

For Both Interns and Full-Time Employees:

• First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period): ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months: CTC will be revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:
• ₹4.2 LPA Fixed
• ₹3.8 LPA Variable

Notes:

• Your first month’s salary will be held and released with your fourth month's salary for retention purposes.
• No agreement, bond, or contract will be required. Employees can leave by serving the notice period.
• Leaves will be provided only for Final Examinations, not for Internals or Preparatory purposes.
