The Co-Founder role at Quantum World Ventures is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision, including identifying high-impact deep-tech opportunities and guiding product and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading market research.
• Developing go-to-market plans.
• Building partnerships with industry, academia, and government.
• Driving sales and fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with technical and business teams.
• Overseeing key operational decisions.
• Representing the venture at events, investor meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical and market information to guide strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.
• Proven sales experience, with a track record of building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing opportunities in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Marketing skills, including experience in positioning deep-tech solutions, developing go-to-market strategies, and building brand visibility.
• Research skills to evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, policy frameworks, and potential areas for innovation and impact.
• Prior entrepreneurial, startup, or venture-building experience, ideally in deep-tech, AI, quantum technologies, or related domains.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, make data-informed decisions, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty environment.
• Relevant academic background in technology, business, or a related field; advanced degrees are beneficial but not required.
