About the Role

• This is a temporary, on-site freelance role based in Hyderabad.
• The freelancer will support SAI’s investment activities and portfolio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Gather company data.
• Prepare concise summaries for internal review.
• Organize documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with founders and partners.
• Help maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Draft basic reports or slide decks.
• Support events or pitch days.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and present clear insights relevant to early-stage technology businesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise notes, emails, and simple reports.
• Organizational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and follow-ups with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
• Prior exposure to startups, technology companies, or investment/finance environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Relevant academic background in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related field is preferred.
