About the Role

Patent Design & Filing Associate at StratJuris Law Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Attorneys in global patent filings and prosecution.
• Handle client emails and filing formalities related to Patent & Design applications at IPO.
• Docket and maintain details of clients and their associated matters.
• Generate client reports and other types of reports for strategy and further analysis.
• Maintain IP portfolios for important domestic and international clients.
• Address general queries related to prosecution of IP matters (both domestic and foreign) with clients in coordination with the concerned Attorney.
• Update and maintain daily dockets for clients worldwide.
• Follow up on patent and design application filings and prosecution with clients.
• Update software databases, formulate and send emails, and communicate with clients/attorneys over conference calls.
• Proofread patent documents and identify errors introduced by the patent office and/or applicant.
• Conduct patent & design pre-filing search in global jurisdictions.
• Conduct periodic Patent watch/monitoring for patent data in global jurisdictions.
• Manage efficient and on-time project delivery with a high standard of quality.
