Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and meet customer delivery expectations.
• Execute accurate inventory counts and audits to maintain system integrity and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Process vendor invoices with high precision to ensure timely payments and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers.
• Utilize MS Excel to track operational performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management review.
• Support the end-to-end management of ecommerce orders to ensure seamless fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate efficient Return to Vendor (RTV) processes to minimize losses and ensure accurate credit reconciliation.
• Monitor ecommerce platform updates to ensure product listings and inventory availability remain synchronized.
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks to support the smooth execution of daily operational workflows.
• Maintain clean and organized records of all transactional data to support operational compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
