About the Role
The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of interior design projects from concept through execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project scheduling.
- Track timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure materials and services are ordered and delivered on time.
- Monitor site progress.
- Prepare status reports.
- Maintain documentation.
- Help resolve project-related issues in alignment with quality, cost, and time objectives.
- Collaborate with senior project managers and the design team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Project Management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones.
- Expediting and working as an Expeditor to follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Inspection processes to verify work quality, material standards, and adherence to design specifications on site.
- Basic understanding of Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools.
- Exposure to design or CAD software is an advantage.
- Knows well about systems.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on site in Mumbai.
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
