Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Drive workforce planning in partnership with business leaders across functions.
- Build scalable hiring processes that improve quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Continuously enhance recruitment frameworks, assessment methodologies, and employer branding initiatives.
Leadership Hiring
- Personally own and drive hiring for leadership, niche, and business-critical positions.
- Partner directly with CXOs and functional heads to define hiring strategies and talent requirements.
- Identify, engage, and close senior talent across multiple business functions.
- Build strong leadership talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and senior management.
- Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment analytics.
- Effectively manage senior stakeholders while balancing business priorities and hiring timelines.
- Drive accountability across hiring managers for interview quality and decision-making.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Monitor team productivity, hiring quality, and operational excellence.
- Foster a high-performance, execution-driven recruitment culture.
- Coach the team on stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and closing techniques.
Recruitment Excellence
- Own end-to-end recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Cost per Hire.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies through multiple channels including referrals, networking, executive search, and social platforms.
- Introduce data-driven recruitment practices and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
