About the Role
As a Technician for the Assembly of Industrial Hoses at Empire investment company, you will be responsible for the professional installation, assembly, and maintenance of industrial hoses in various production environments. This is a full-time position performed exclusively on-site in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of the workspace.
- Cutting, assembling, and testing hoses according to technical specifications.
- Documenting completed work.
- Collaborating closely with production and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.
- Solving technical problems directly on-site.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of assembly processes.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of working in Clean Rooms and adhering to applicable hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Experience in quality control and testing procedures to ensure the functionality and safety of industrial hoses.
- Skills in fault analysis and troubleshooting technical disruptions or assembly problems.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, ideally in the area of industrial or hose technology.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with production, quality management, and potentially customers.
- Completed technical training (e.g., as an industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent).
- Careful work ethic.
- Teamwork ability.
- Willingness to comply with strict safety regulations.
